Tie-Dye Obsessed with Sand Cloud

Aside from being born in the 90’s, tie-dye has been a childhood obsession of mine. I remember how I’d make my own custom t-shirts at summer camp with white shirts, rubber bands, and buckets of dye. I think I owned at least 10 shirts per summer. I just found the design and explosion of color super cool. This tie-dye towel from Sand Cloud has really been a blast from the past and I’m absolutely loving it.

I’m super excited to share this amazing towel with you guys. The color is extremely vibrant and full of fun! It literally gives me life. The size is perfect for me too! In terms of fabric, it’s super light weight, which is something I really appreciate when it comes to lugging a towel in a bag to the beach (if you know my struggles). Because it’s lightweight and versatile, it makes it so easy to fold or roll up to place in a bag. Literally, there are no more pains to shove a big tuft of fabric into a bag and worry about not having space for other beach essentials.

Another thing that really got me was this towel has a square pocket at one of the edges. I find this so, so convenient for me when I’m at the beach in case I wanna store something there. The pocket even has a zipper so you can keep your belongings safe and hidden! It’s also really useful to have as a weight so your towel doesn’t fly away or move. I remember I’d used to have to place my flip flops or my bag to help hold down the towel on a windier day.

Now the best part of this towel?

Sand Cloud works with three charity partners: The Surfrider Foundation, The Pacific Marine Mammal Center, and The San Diego Coastkeeper. For every purchase made, 10% of it goes toward saving marine life. I love companies that help give back to the community somehow. It’s very touching and feels wonderful to be apart of a change.

I’ve partnered with Sand Cloud to spread the word about these beautiful towels AND to encourage others to help #savethefishies. Use code “Jenn25” for 25% off your entire order!

What are your thoughts on tie-dye? What’s your favorite cause?

  1. Tie dye can be so much fun and especially on such a large scale – this towel is brilliant and I love the photography in this post, by the way 🙂

  2. Ugh I love this towel! I saw a similar one on HauteTrader, a fashion resale website. I’ll have to snatch the towel up before it’s gone!
